Let’s plan your good death! Let’s talk about your amazing life, explore meaning making, create personal legacy projects with your loved ones, and plan for how you want to spend your last days. In these kinds of sessions we explore ways to deliver the quality of life you want given the circumstances. These sessions can take place anytime after your diagnosis and can be done in-person or virtually.

These types of sessions begin when the doula companions you and your loved ones through the last days or hours. These sessions can include providing emotional support, respite for caregivers, recognising the signs and symptoms of dying, performing any desired rituals, and advocacy for the wishes expressed when planning.

These sessions focus on the loved ones and take place after death. Together we focus on exploring feelings and events of the dying process and seek to provide support during early stages of grief. I recommend doing one to three of these sessions stretched out over a few months.

Rituals can be characterized as a sequence of activities, gestures, words or objects that are generally performed in a set sequence. Rituals are common throughout all human societies and can provide a sense of formality and structure, express sacred symbolism, honor one's spirituality, and provide a cathartic release of energy. These rituals can be self-performed, given to a designated loved one or performed by me for no additional charge.

A customized home cleansing ritual can be performed by me post-death to honor, disperse and renew the energy in a home where a death has occurred or where the energy of death still lingers. Pre- Death cleansings are also offered to provide renewed energy and comfort to the dying and their loved ones. These cleansings are customized to the needs of the home-dwellers.

I can provide referrals for Reiki, Tarot and Pet Memorials.

Customized spells are created in a ritual ceremony and can be tailored to the individual’s needs.

Customized herbal tea blends are made using herbs and flowers from my family’s home garden. These teas can be customized to individuals tastes and medicinal support needs. Tea is a wonderful way to soothe the soul, relax, reflect and find comfort.

Herbs and flowers from our garden are dried and wrapped, ready to burn for pleasing smells, energetic shifting, ritual ceremonies, or placed with the body.

In these kinds of sessions we explore ways to deliver the quality of life you want for your pet. These sessions are best done in person so that we can all enjoy your pet’s energy and personality.

These types of sessions begin when the doula companions you and your pet through the last day or hours until death. These sessions can include accompanying you and your pet to a vet’s office, providing emotional support, performing any desired rituals, and advocacy for the wishes expressed when planning the death.

These sessions focus on the humans and take place after death. Together we focus on exploring feelings and events of the dying process and seek to provide support during early stages of grief. This can be anywhere from one to three sessions in the weeks following death.
